We get it—because we’ve been there.
We started Bridestrades to change that: a place where you can sell the dresses you don’t need, shop for ones you will, and make sure your investment doesn’t go to waste.
How It Works
How To Photograph Your Dress
Clear photos = faster sales. Use this checklist before you upload:

Photobook Guidelines
Only Front View and Back View are required to publish your listing. Everything below is optional — but the more you add, the faster your dress tends to sell. Already have a photo of yourself wearing the dress (like from the wedding)? Use that as your Front View — no new photo needed.

01
Front View — Required
Full-length image of the dress on model, hanger, or person
02
Back View — Required
Full-length photo showing the entire back of the dress

03
Neckline & Shoulder Details — Optional
Close-up of top portion, including straps, sleeves, and neckline
04
Fabric & Color Detail — Optional
Close-up that clearly shows true color and texture of the dress

05
Tag & Label — Optional
Clear photo of the brand label or size tag, if applicable.
06
Wear, Flaws, & Alterations — Optional
Close up of imperfections, adjustments, or alterations (e.g., “Hem shortened 2 inches, worn with 3-inch heels”)
