This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Bridestrades LLC (“Bridestrades,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a purchase on Bridestrades, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

All Sales Are Final

All sales on Bridestrades are final, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

Because Bridestrades is a peer-to-peer marketplace for pre-owned and unworn bridesmaid dresses, items may show minor signs of handling or wear that are consistent with their listed condition.

When Refunds May Be Issued

A refund may be approved only if one of the following applies:

  1. Item Not as Described:
    The dress arrives with undisclosed major flaws that make it unwearable and were not clearly shown or described in the listing (for example: large tears, major stains, missing structural elements, or significant damage).
  2. Wrong Item Sent:
    The item received is materially different from what was purchased (for example: incorrect dress, size, color, or designer).
  3. Package Lost in Transit:
    The package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier and tracking shows no delivery.

All refund decisions are made by Bridestrades at its sole discretion after reviewing the available evidence.

What Is Not Covered

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Fit issues, including sizing, length, or alterations
  • Minor wear consistent with the listing description
  • Color variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Items accurately described and delivered as listed

Buyers are encouraged to review all photos, measurements, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, you must:

  • Contact Bridestrades within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, and
  • Provide clear photos and a written explanation of the issue

Failure to report an issue within this timeframe may result in the request being denied.

Returns & Refund Process

If a refund request is approved:

  • Bridestrades may require the item to be returned using a provided shipping label
  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees and service fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Abuse & Fraud Prevention

Bridestrades reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for repeated abuse of the refund process.
